Just for the record - the Excelsior Amusement Park roller coaster was demolished and the carousel went to Valley Fair in Shakopee where it is still in operation. The Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Historical Society (www.elmhs.org) has a large collection of artifacts from the park in its Museum and Archives.
