Other Nominations
The Malcolm Willey House was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and constructed in 1934. It has been considered the first Usonian house and/or the prototype for future Usonians. This commission was the first house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright after the founding of his fellowship program for apprentices in architecture. It signified a rebirth in the career of the greatest architect and artist America has ever produced.
