Lefsa

Couldn't have a true Minnesota Christmas holiday season here at our home without lefsa and lutefisk, true Norwegian favorites. We have annual fall supper at our Lutheran Church at Glendorado, Minnesota, just off of Highway 95, west of Princeton, Minnesota and people come for miles around each year; sometimes standing room only. So to me, Minnesota wouldn't be Minnesota without lefsa and lutefisk.
A Minnesota family tradition.
With our Norwegian heritage, nothing is quite like lefsa! Many of people don't even know what it is, but most native Minnesotans do. A holiday is not complete without lefsa.
Lefse is a staple brought over from Norway.
