Hennepin Paper Mill

At one time it was the one of the largest construction paper manufacturers in the United States. It was also one one of the oldest pulp/paper mills in the Midwest. It was said to be one of the largest employers in Little Falls as stated in the profile case study done by the MHS, http://www.mnhs.org/shpo/review/paper_mill.pdf. I also feel mill is as important as the Charles Lindbergh historical site down stream. The mill should be recognized not for the business aspect of the paper mill but for the many men and women who worked there in its 109 year history. The history of the paper mill would be told best by them.
