From a humble beginning as a Ward of the State in 1932, Harvey Ronglien has emerged as THE INFLUENTIAL FORCE in preserving the history of the State Public School for Dependent & Neglected Children in Owatonna, MN. This state orphanage, Harvey's home for 11 years, existed from 1886 to 1945, and 10,635 children were placed there.
