Governor Wendell Anderson makes cover of Time Magazine

The picture of Wendy with the fish introduced our state to the rest of the country. Minnesota gained great amounts of recognition with that one article. We were reviewed as some of the most progressive, peaceful, and productive citizens of the United States, and still have that image around the country.
