Gay 90s

I noticed that you have First Avenue on your list. I mentioned this to our Executive Director and she said that certainly the Gay 90s is as much a fixture of downtown Minneapolis as is First Avenue. I don't know much about the history of the 90s and have only been there once, but it has a great drag show. Also, the Twin Cities is one of the larger gay-friendly cities in the U.S., so the 90s would be a symbol of this. One of the first attempts at gay marriage took place there.
