Flavia Gag, youngest daughter of Anton Gag, born in 1907, was one year old when her father died in 1908. She was nine years old when her mother died in 1917, leaving Wanda, oldest of seven children, to help raise Flavia. She received some formal art training but learned much more from her famous sister, Wanda. She is recognized as author and illustrator of 10 children's books, painted several beautiful paintings and illustrated a number of other children's books. She died at her Florida home in 1978.
