Other Nominations
First Universalist Church was one of the first 3 or 4 churches in Minneapolis. Its members included pillars of the community like the Washburns (one was a board member for 50 years) and, I think, Crosbys. A bunch of Mpls streets were named after church members. Members were involved in establishing the lakes as public areas and founding Lakewood cemetery.
