Earl is the founder of Jennie-O Foods. He was honored by the Minnesota Agri-Growth Council for his support of agriculture and agribusiness in Minnesota. Agriculture is one of Minnesota's greatest commodities and growing up in central Minnesota, I always lived by the turkey farms and my parents both, at one time, worked at the Jennie-O Turkey plant in Willmar, Minnesota. He is a great Minnesotan with a great sense of business. He is also concerned with education and safety. He and his wife Dorothy donated money to Concordia College in Moorhead in order to build a skyway. Today the Olson Skyway connects Grant Center to the Olson Forum at Concordia College. Thanks, Earl B., for all your hard work.
