David K. Roe was president of the MN AFL-CIO from approximately 1967 through 1990. He worked with Governor Wendell Anderson and legislative leaders to support increased funding for Minnesota public and higher education, increasing educational opportunities for all Minnesotans, and helping lay the groundwork for an expanding economy.
