I think that the greatest part of Minnesota is this zoo. For a simple donation of two dollars you are able to see the best of a variety of animals. Growing up, this was the zoo that our family always went to. But not only is it a great zoo, but the conservatory houses wonderful flowers and plants. Conservation that Como Zoo does with regard to plants, animals and whole ecosystems: The zoo does wonders with recycling cell phones, ink jet cartridges and other things that are recyclable. They also work to conserve the animals that are at the zoo, including a species survival plan. They also work to preserve plants through the work of the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory. They do great work at the zoo and are truly a gift to the people of Minnesota.
