I watched Casey Jones on black & white TV when I was 4-years-old while eating my lunch.
Casey Jones was a local TV personality who provided lunchtime enjoyment for kids and parents alike. With corny jokes and songs, Casey and his sidekicks and guests made us laugh.
HistoryLunch with Casey was a local children’s television program broadcast on Channel 11, Minneapolis. Casey and his cast of regulars—including Joe the Cook, Roundhouse Rodney, Carmen the Nurse, and Clancy the Cop—entertained kids with skits, songs, guests, and cartoons from 1954 to 1972.
